Trust is a delicate strand of silk thread. Trust is a layer of ice thinly spread. Trust is assuming the bus comes on time. Trust is presuming the fourth line will rhyme. Trust is the swingbridge connecting the track. Trust is lace edging all stitches intact. Trust is the measurement of H2O that a coriander plant needs to flourish and grow. Trust is a tray full of eggs in the hands of a two year old boy trying to quietly stand. Trust is the substance of a newborn babe's skin, full of promise to grow, oh so sensitive. Trust is a snowball increasing in size and with each fulfilled promise more dreams are realised. Built up over times of consistent behaviour, the only source to trust fully my Father and Saviour Trust is waiting expectantly for God doing his bit and opening the door. To trust is to know that whatever may come I'm safe and secure and held up in His love.
